Agent collaboration

The App coordinates local or remote Agents around one objective. A Planner first creates tasks, assignments, and execution order. Agents start only after the user confirms the plan.

Create a collaboration

Open Agent collaboration and select New collaboration:

For a normal task, provide the objective and accept the Planner's default assignments. Expand participants and resource settings only for cross-device execution, a specific model, concurrency, or budget constraints.

1. Describe the objective as a verifiable outcome.
2. Select participants and their devices, workspaces, and Agent types.
3. Add responsibilities, provider/model routes, and permission profiles.
4. Set concurrency, token limit, amount limit, currency, and timeout when needed.
5. Generate the plan and wait for review.

Budgets limit task consumption and do not replace approval policy. Each target CLI enforces its actual permissions.

Review and confirm the plan

Before confirmation, review task decomposition, owners, dependencies, execution order, verification steps, and budgets. Submit revision feedback when changes are needed. Participants start only after Confirm and start.

Run states

A collaboration can be preparing a plan, waiting for confirmation, executing, researching, planning, implementing, verifying, budget paused, completed, failed, paused, cancelled, or expired.

Attention means the collaboration is waiting for a user decision or input. Confirm that the request belongs to the expected task and participant before resolving it.

Pause, resume, and retry

• Pause keeps the plan and progress for a later resume.
• Stop collaboration terminates running Agents but keeps completed work and read-only history.
• Retry a failed task individually, or retry the full run as a new collaboration.
• Archive hides a record from the default list without deleting history.
• Delete removes the local plan, execution history, and result record and cannot be undone.
