Diagnostics and support
Diagnostics verifies the App version, service addresses, account state, and preferences. Log export filters lines that may contain credentials or account secrets; review the preview before sending diagnostic data.
Diagnostic exports are for client and connection troubleshooting, not complete agent audit logs. See Data and execution boundaries for storage and server-visibility scope.
View diagnostics
Open Settings > About > Diagnostics. It includes:
- App version, build number, package, and platform.
- Control, Chat, SSO, AI Server, and Memory service addresses.
- Sign-in state, user ID, and session source.
- Theme, language, and timezone.
Access tokens, refresh tokens, Authorization headers, and device grant IDs are intentionally not shown.
Export logs
Open Settings > About > Export logs. The page previews recent filtered logs and shows the original and retained line counts. You can copy the filtered content or export a file and copy its path.
The filter removes lines likely to contain credentials and account secrets, but it cannot guarantee that third-party command output contains no sensitive text entered by the user. Review the preview and remove unrelated information before sending it.
